The pet owner certifies that:

• They are the legal owner or authorized custodian of the pet(s).
• All information provided is accurate and complete.
• Their pet is current on all required vaccinations.
• Their pet is free from contagious diseases or conditions.
• Any behavioral concerns, medical conditions, medications, allergies, bite history, escape tendencies, or aggressive behavior have been fully disclosed.

Dogs must be current on:

• Rabies
• Bordetella
• DHLPP / DAP (or veterinarian-recommended equivalent)

Cats must be current on:

• Rabies
• FVRCP
• Negative FeLV / FIV test
• Feline Leukemia Vaccine

Paws & Pastures reserves the right to modify vaccination requirements at any time based on veterinary recommendations or disease outbreaks.

The Owner understands and accepts that participation in daycare, boarding, transportation, exercise, socialization, and group activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Illness
• Injury
• Scratches or bites
• Stress-related conditions
• Escape attempts
• Death
• Exposure to parasites or contagious diseases despite reasonable precautions

The Owner voluntarily assumes all risks associated with their pet's participation.

The Owner understands that pets may interact with other animals. While Paws & Pastures carefully evaluates pets and supervises activities, no environment involving animals can be entirely risk-free.

Paws & Pastures reserves the right to separate, crate, restrict, or remove any pet from group activities at its sole discretion.

If a pet becomes ill, injured, or requires medical attention while in our care, Paws & Pastures is authorized to seek veterinary treatment deemed reasonably necessary.

The Owner agrees to:

• Pay all veterinary expenses incurred.
• Pay transportation expenses associated with veterinary treatment.
• Hold Paws & Pastures harmless for decisions made in good faith during emergencies.

If the Owner cannot be reached, Paws & Pastures may authorize treatment as reasonably necessary to protect the pet's health.

Owners must provide clear instructions for all medications. While reasonable efforts will be made to administer medications properly, Paws & Pastures shall not be liable for:

• Complications resulting from medication administration.
• Missed doses due to incomplete instructions.
• Undisclosed medical conditions.

The Owner agrees to be financially responsible for any damage caused by their pet to:

• Buildings, fencing, kennels or suites
• Equipment or vehicles
• Property belonging to other guests or customers

Paws & Pastures reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at any time for safety, health, operational, behavioral, or business reasons.

All fees are due according to the rates published at the time of booking. Reservations may require deposits. Cancellation fees may apply in accordance with published policies.

No refunds will be provided for:

• Early pickups
• Voluntary withdrawal from services
• Removal due to behavioral concerns
• Failure to disclose information

Any pet not retrieved within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled pickup date, without communication or payment arrangements, may be considered abandoned.

Paws & Pastures may, where permitted by law:

• Transfer ownership or rehome the pet
• Surrender the pet to an animal welfare organization
• Seek recovery of unpaid fees and costs

The Owner grants Paws & Pastures permission to photograph, record, and use images or videos of their pet for marketing, advertising, social media, website content, and promotional materials. No compensation shall be owed for such use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paws & Pastures Pet Club, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for injury, illness, death, loss, theft, escape, property damage, or veterinary expenses — except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid for services associated with the reservation in question.

The Owner agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Paws & Pastures Pet Club, its owners, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, attorney fees, or expenses arising from:

• The Owner's pet
• The Owner's breach of these Terms
• Injuries or damages caused by the Owner's pet

Paws & Pastures shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, injuries, losses, or inability to perform services caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, power outages, disease outbreaks, government actions, or emergencies.

Any dispute arising from services provided by Paws & Pastures shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California.

By checking the acceptance box, submitting a reservation request, or utilizing services, the Owner acknowledges that electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement equivalent to a handwritten signature.
